My ROLE

Since late 2017 I have been working with the NY based flower delivery start-up to define the overall product strategy and digital platform design. 

Due to launch in Q1 2019 the deliverables I have helped create include:

  • User personas
  • User journeys and stories
  • Experience maps
  • Wireframes
  • Low-fidelity prototypes
  • User testing
