was being migrated  to assist in the partial redesign and migration of UrbanDecay.com website from its existing platform to the new L’Oreal Demandware global Ref App v3. As part of this migration UrbanDecay.com was converted to a responsive website, replacing the previous desktop and mobile versions.

I managed the client relationship and oversaw the production teams of this project while working as a Senior Digital Producer at Firstborn in 2014. 

 

 
 

 

Challenge 

Urban Decay was pleased with the previous website design from a aesthetic point of view but wanted the site to be , and was looking to move to  Application for business reasons including shipping/fulfillment consolidation and opportunities for optimizations through additional features that are available through the Ref App v3. 

 
 
 

Team 

In order to identify any opportunities we had to introduce a new charitable service or feature to Venmo we first had to examine how users were currently using the app.  15 suitable research candidates were identified through a screener survey that included questions about a user's history contributing to charities, their activeness on social media as well as previous experiences using Venmo.
